Why “EDGE?
Fueled & Fit EDGE
is our newest 90-Day Challenge program. It is deemed the “EDGE” for very specific reasons. The program is set up to give you just that—an edge—an upper hand or advantage—right at the beginning of your journey.  You immediately have ALL the tools you require, at absolutely no cost!  There is nothing to stop you from getting on the road to great health and wellness.  No excuses.  Nothing to hold you back.  This program enables you to get your ducks in a row and get a strategy set in place as soon as you hit that sign-up button!  So…”the EDGE”…you have it.  All you have to do is make use of it!

This challenge has many moving parts, as you will see when you download the calendar. I’m so excited for this one–it’s my favorite we’ve ever attempted!!  The calendar has a place for you to “check off” each of the components of this challenge. Listed below are the FIVE CHALLENGE COMPONENTS.

Component #1 – “Buddy Check In” — Call your girlfriends and buddy up on this one! It’s so much more fun when you do and that is your first item on your calendar each day–to check in with your “challenge buddy!”

Component #2 – “Lemon Water” — I know, doesn’t seem like much to have to complete, right? However, go to this POST to read about the benefits of lemon water and you’ll see why we’ve included it in this challenge. It’s truly a habit we want to form during our 90 days together!  Of course, drinking more water in general is NEVER a bad habit to form.

Component #3 – “Fit for GOD” — Ahhhh….the dreaded exercise component.  So many of you are already participating in the Fit for GOD program.  However, if you are not, please download our CURRENT SCHEDULE and come and be part of this great program!  For this component, we would like to see you make 3 classes per week. We are adding classes and moving into our new building and fitness studio within the next two-three weeks! It is an awesome space and we are in the process of designing new stretching classes, new kettlebell classes, as well as other elements.

Component #4 – “Fueled for GOD” — This component is the actual “food” part of the challenge. The first 21 days consist of going sugar free. After your 21 days of sugar detox, you will then be choosing your “Diet Level” and utilizing the tools on this webpage.  More on that later.

Component #5 – “Homework” — Homework, you say? YES!  The homework for this challenge is actually going to be fun! (At least, I think it is fun!) We so enjoyed our Planking, Praying & Praising Challenge, that I wanted to incorporate a similar idea into this challenge.  That’s where the “homework” comes into play. (This is also where that “buddy” or “sister” becomes very important!)  You will be performing planks and bridges as your “homework” each evening over the course of the 90-Day Challenge. HOWEVER, this portion of the challenge WILL NOT begin until after the sugar free challenge has ended!  So, more on that later.
