Meatballs

- 1 pound turkey ground
- 1 large egg
- 1/4 onion finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 tsp ground oregano
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 2-4 tbsp coconut oil for frying
Ingredients

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Melt fat in skillet.
- Mix all ingredients together well.
- Brown in oil about 5 minutes all over.
- Transfer to baking sheet and finish cooking in oven for 8-10 minutes.
- Serve over zoodles or spaghetti squash.
Depending upon the meat used, you could change spice to rosemary, sage, or thyme.
