- 6 apples, granny smith peeled, cored, and diced
- 2 tbsp coconut oil
- 1 tbsp ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
- 1/4 cup raisins
- 1/2 cup almonds

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
- Place the diced apples in a baking dish or pie dish.
- Melt the coconut oil in the microwave (about 30 seconds) and then pour over the apples.
- Sprinkle the cinnamon and nutmeg over the apples. Use your hands to toss the apples around and get them all covered evenly with the oil and spices.
- Sprinkle the raisins over the apples so that they're evenly distributed.
- Put the almonds in a blender or food processor and process until you've got a course flour. Sprinkle this evenly over the top of the apples.
- Bake for about 30 minutes.
