Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
  2. Half the sweet potatoes lengthwise, then cut each half lengthwise into 4-6 long spears (depending on the width of your potato).
  3. Spread the potatoes on a large-rimmed baking sheet and toss with Tessemae's Lemon Garlic Dressing*, cinnamon, salt and pepper.
  4. Bake for 10 minutes, then turn over and bake until browned on both sides, 5-10 minutes more.
  5. Serve with Tessemae's Organic Ketchup* for dipping.
