One of the struggles we saw in the first or pilot group of fueled for GOD was the lack of a really good coffee cream. Yes, there are some you can purchase and order. However, they are quite expensive and, if you are like me, I like “coffee with my cream,” if you know what I mean:)
So, I had my “mad food scientist,” as I lovingly refer to her (Mandy) come up with this recipe and I ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT! It’s so simple you are going to think it won’t work! BUT IT DOES!
It’s creamy. It dissolves perfectly in your coffee. It lasts in your fridge forever. It even freezes and thaws out beautifully!
