Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Melt fat in skillet.
  3. Mix all ingredients together well.
  4. Brown in oil about 5 minutes all over.
  5. Transfer to baking sheet and finish cooking in oven for 8-10 minutes.
  6. Serve over zoodles or spaghetti squash.
Recipe Notes

Depending upon the meat used, you could change spice to rosemary, sage, or thyme.
