Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Rinse the head of cauliflower and cut off any extra stem or leaves, if needed. Cut the cauliflower into approximately 1-2" florets. (Can also use frozen and skip this step.)
  3. Toss cauliflower with olive oil and sprinkle with garlic and herb blend seasoning or seasoning of your choice.
  4. Arrange on a baking sheet and bake for 20-30 minutes. The cauliflower should get golden edges, but not burn. Toss and rearrange about halfway through cooking.
  5. Serve immediately.

As far as the seasoning goes for this recipe, you can use any mixture or favorite seasoning that you like. Just be sure to read those labels and watch for any ingredients that are not compliant with whatever Diet Level you are following.
