This recipe is one of the easiest you will ever make…AND the tastiest!! It will be on your rotation for family and guests!!! You can freeze these ribs and use them for sandwiches for a quick lunch for your kids and hubby, too!! Be sure to use sugar-free bar-b-que sauce to stay within the sugar-free Diet Levels.

This is now categorized as one of our new “EDGE MEALS!”  Be sure to take a look at that Nutrition Fact Label below!  These ribs pack a lot of fat and calories.  If you are following a low-carb diet, these are your friend.  However, portion control is everything here!!!  One rib will do ya’ and then add in your side dishes!!  Go for a salad with low-fat, sugar-free dressing and cauliflower mashed potatoes to keep the rest of your meal low-fat and on the lower side of the calorie scale.

Instructions
  1. Spread one cup of barbecue sauce over the bottom of your slow cooker.
  2. Add the ribs.
  3. Top with another cup of barbecue sauce.
  4. Cover and cook for 4-5 hours on high until fork tender.
  5. Remove from slow cooker and top with remaining 1/2 cup of barbecue sauce, if desired.
